Job Description

Key objectives:

  • Enable innovation transparency and decision-making through high-quality data analysis and visualization.
  • Maintain and develop dashboards to track innovation KPIs and project performance.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis needs for strategic reviews, performance discussions, and governance reporting.

Key duties:

  1. Data Preparation & Management
  • Collect, clean, and structure innovation-related data from various data sources.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and reports.
  1. Dashboard Development
  • Design and maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards to monitor performance (e.g., project health, resource allocation, project budget).
  • Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and enhance real-time access.
  1. Insight Generation
  • Analyze trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities across the innovation portfolio & piplines.
  • Prepare visual reports and summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  1. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio and Process teams to align metrics and reports.
  • Support monthly/quarterly performance meetings with data packs and actionable insights.
