IAM Technical Analyst Key responsibilities of the role

1 Being the primary contact person of the IAM manager as well as of members of the Technical Delivery team

2 Providing support to technical teams working on the IAM solution platform and services maintenance

3 Providing technical specifications based on business stakeholders needs in liaison with IAM Business Analysts and IAM Technical Architects

4 Understanding business needs of operational and IT teams to be able to provide them with appropriate support

5 Acting as technical authority for the deployed IAM services

6 Ensuring technical IAM platform evolutions and changes are made with no impact on deployed IAM services

7 Assisting the technical delivery team when needed in the documentation of technical procedures and issues description and resolution

Key skills and requirements

1 Thorough understanding of technical data architectures

2 Strong ability in troubleshooting complex issues

3 Strong knowledge with Java coding and web services

4 Strong Knowledge on SailPoint Identity IQ

5 Strong knowledge on Application Onboarding using JDBC WebServices Custom connectors

6 Ability to lead andor actively participate in working sessions and stakeholder meetings

7 Ability to work well with contractors systems engineers requirements analysts and others who may have information necessary for developing security related documentation or processes

8 Excellent technical writing skills technical specifications incident reports etc

9 Excellent oral and communication skills

10 Skilled in PowerPoint Word Excel Visio

11 Fluency in English

Preferred

1 High level of attention to detail

2 Fluency in Spani
