Be part of an expert team who transform cyber security capabilities and deliver continuous uplifts to protect against thousands of threats every day. Working within this Agile Delivery team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, clear, and actionable program performance reporting for the CISO branch. You’ll help ensure decision-makers have reliable insights on schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and benefits, supporting confident, evidence-based decisions. Working closely with delivery teams and subject matter experts and partnering with the group PMO team, you’ll contribute to improving reporting processes, tools, and capability across the portfolio.
You’ll collect and analyse performance data, highlight trends and risks, and prepare dashboards and executive reports that tell the story of progress across multiple initiatives. You will help track benefits against approved business case and measure the return on investment. Your work will help the branch understand where issues may arise, inform governance discussions, and support continuous improvement in reporting practices.

You are analytical, structured, and committed to delivering high-quality, reliable reporting. You know how to turn project data into meaningful insights that help decision-makers make confident, evidence-based decisions. You’re organised, pragmatic, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. You’re confident using systems and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint and enterprise portfolio management tools to gather, validate, and present data. You enjoy partnering with teams, helping them improve reporting practices, and presenting information in ways that make sense to executive audiences.
