Specialist - Custody Oversight & Reporting

General description of the job

As a Specialist Custody Oversight & Reporting, you will be responsible to manage the different kind of reconciliation steps for cash and securities, collateral management and the preparation of regulatory reporting’s as follow:

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of cash positions (internal versus sub custodian);

  • Reconciliation of financial instruments positions (internal versus sub custodian);

  • Support creation of regulatory reporting (e.g. QI, EMIR. MIFID, FATCA, CRS);

  • Preparation of internal reports as AUC (assets under custody) & KPI

  • Due Diligence Sub-Custodians

  • Support on preparing files for ETD an OTC Collateral Management process;

  • Custody Fees related to Billing

  • Any other duty which is instructed directly by the managing directors in accordance with Article 6.2 of the employment agreement.

Communication

A Specialist Custody Oversight & Reporting works in direct contact with the rest of the team members and cooperates, with other officers under the supervision of their Line Manager, and in close co-operation with the other administrators, under the supervision of the Management and Managing Directors.

Experience and skills:

  • University degree in Banking/ Finance /Accounting or similar;

  • Excellent English spoken and written communication skills;

  • Very good computer literacy and Excel knowledge;

  • Understanding the banking industry;

  • Good understanding of the Custody business;

  • Customer Focus;

  • Concern for Quality;

  • Willingness and ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;

  • Adherence to procedures;

  • Attention to detail.
