Job Description

Job Purpose

The Industrilisation Engineer – Concrete Tower is responsible for coordinating engineering activities during product documentation release, defining and managing project configurations, and ensuring seamless integration between engineering, production, and supply chain functions. The role plays a key part in process definition, change management, and project execution within the Concrete Tower manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Engineering Department during the product documentation release stage to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project configuration activities through Teamcenter system.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering specifications and manufacturing requirements.

BOM & Process Definition

  • Define and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each project.
  • Develop and manage the Bill of Processes (BOP) for all stages of Concrete Tower manufacturing.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency between engineering data and production processes.

Process & Change Management

  • Lead the Process Committee for Concrete Tower operations.
  • Drive change management activities related to process updates, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective implementation of process changes across stakeholders.

Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Define and release procurement plans based on project requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between project milestones and material lead times.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to material availability and project timelines.

Operational Support

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing processes and project execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in process engineering and production efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Production or related field).
  • 4–6 years of experience in industrilisation engineering or a similar role.
  • Experience in precast concrete, construction, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of precast concrete manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Teamcenter for product lifecycle management.
  • Working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Processes (BOP)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional coordination effectively.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Spanish: Preferred (added advantage).
