We're Hiring | Specialist Critical Care Medicine

We are seeking an experienced Specialist in Critical Care Medicine to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with complex and life-threatening conditions.
• Manage mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic instability, sepsis, and other critical care emergencies.
• Perform and supervise appropriate critical care procedures.
• Participate in emergency response and resuscitation activities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Follow UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and international standards of critical care.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine / Intensive Care Medicine or an equivalent specialty qualification.
• Relevant clinical experience as a Specialist in Critical Care Medicine.
• DOH Abu Dhabi eligibility/license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Valid professional registration and Good Standing Certificate.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
