The Role
As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role within a dynamic, development-focused rotational program designed to build well-rounded, high-impact communications talent. In this role, you will help with content development, communications measurement, event coordination, media relations and ad hoc projects that advance key business priorities through clear, engaging, and effective communications.
As part of the rotational program, you will gain structured exposure to multiple business units and functions across Corporate Communications—broadening your perspective, strengthening both internal and external communications skills, and accelerating your overall development. You will also have opportunities to lead special communications projects end-to-end, building your ability to think strategically, manage stakeholders, and deliver impactful outcomes. This role is ideal for a proactive, collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys tackling a variety of work, and is motivated to continuously learn, grow, and expand their impact within a structured and supportive program.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
