In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Execute corporate action events by demonstrating expertise in the field, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational processes, supporting BNY's commitment to operational excellence.
• Monitor and report on corporate action activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
