Goal of Position

The incumbent is required to drive accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) division to support informed decision-making and sustainable profitability. Additionally, the role works closely with regional and divisional stakeholders to enhance financial performance and support key business initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage Controlling processes for the VLS division, including Sales & Profitability, Functional Costs, Working Capital, Investments, and Value Added.
• Act as a business partner to VLS divisional management, as well as the Japan & Southeast Asia management team and local legal entities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and perform variance and performance analysis at the divisional level.
• Coordinate and support Group planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support initiatives and action plans to achieve profitability targets and other finance-related projects.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects (e.g., system testing) as assigned by the manager.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Management Reporting.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP (e.g., EP1 / S/4HANA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks.
