Job Description

Position Title: Specialist – Continuous Improvement

The Continuous improvement specialist for Parts Distribution is responsible for analysing operational data, forecasting repair demand, monitoring KPIs, is responsible for managing supply and logistics work for materials and finished goods, or products for regional service operations activities. You would work closely with Service Operations, Global spare parts team, and sourcing and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery of materials in Service points. Your role will play a critical part in ensuring the profitability of Nordex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced SAP/S4 Knowledge to take over critical issues that cannot be handled effectively with current processes
  • Conduct through analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose areas of improvement.
  • Propose and develop solutions to eliminate waste
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments at multiple levels to redefine processes and implement improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

Career & Job Experience

  • Minimum of 6-8 yrs experience in Material Management
  • Proven experience in import & Export handling
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
  • Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Additional languages viz German / Spanish / French is good-to-have

Personal Profile & Competencies:

  • Power BI & Power Automate Skills
  • Member of global teams, ability to work independently
