
About the role
We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and passionate Content Developer to join our Apprenticeships and Commercial Short Courses team. This is a highly varied and fast‑paced role where you’ll create high‑quality, original learning content that inspires learners and brings programmes to life.
You’ll design engaging digital and face‑to‑face learning materials across a diverse portfolio, including Business Administration, Coaching, Leadership and Management. From copywriting and proofreading to graphics, video and technical development, you’ll play a key role in shaping learning experiences that support both our learners and our wider business goals.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, and externally, you’ll help ensure our apprenticeship and commercial programme offer is innovative, impactful and aligned to customer and organisational needs.

This is a home‑based role, with travel as required, so you’ll need a suitable working space.
As part of the role, you’ll be enrolled on the Level 5 Digital Learning Designer Apprenticeship, giving you access to transformational learning and development in digital design, innovation and AI technologies.
