In calitate de Specialist Contact Center vei interactiona cu clientii BCR pe canalele de comunicare disponibile: telefon, e-mail, webchat si de asemenea, vei fi responsabil de fidelizarea clientilor precum si de promovarea produselor si serviciilor oferite de banca.
