A prestigious government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified Pediatric Dentistry Specialists and Consultants to join its dental care team. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive oral healthcare for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient safety.

Candidates with internationally recognized specialist qualifications, strong clinical expertise, and experience in pediatric dental care are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage dental conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform preventive, restorative, and therapeutic pediatric dental procedures.
• Manage dental caries, pulp therapy, dental trauma, and developmental dental conditions.
• Provide preventive oral healthcare guidance and age-appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver dental care to children with special healthcare needs.
• Apply appropriate behavior-management techniques to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Collaborate with orthodontists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Recognized primary dental qualification (BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent).
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Relevant clinical experience appropriate to the Specialist or Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dental treatment protocols, preventive dentistry, and child behavior management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with children and their families.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Eligibility for the relevant UAE professional licence, subject to the applicable authority's requirements and approval.
