A prestigious government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified Orthopedic Surgery Specialists and Consultants to join its multidisciplinary medical team. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgical procedures within the scope of professional expertise.
• Manage orthopedic trauma, fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of patient safety and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical governance and healthcare quality standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
• Support evidence-based clinical practice and contribute to the ongoing improvement of orthopedic services.

Requirements

• MBBS or an equivalent recognized primary medical qualification.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Relevant clinical experience in orthopedic surgery appropriate to the Specialist or Consultant level.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic assessment, surgical management, and trauma care.
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Eligibility for the applicable UAE professional licence, subject to the relevant licensing authority's requirements and approval.
