Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies and targeted communication initiatives

• Create engaging, audience-focused content for internal communication channels, including the intranet, email campaigns, newsletters, and company updates

• Plan, prepare, and moderate internal communication formats such as Town Halls, Leadership Calls, and other employee engagement events

• Identify relevant topics and ensure employees are informed about key company developments

• Advise and support departments in applying communication standards and planning effective communication measures

• Collaborate closely with senior management to shape and continuously develop the company's internal communication strategy

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Journalism, or a comparable field

• Professional experience in communications or content creation, ideally with a focus on internal communications

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate way

• Independent, structured, and reliable working style, ideally complemented by project management experience

• Strong stakeholder management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a hands-on approach

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
