Job title – Specialist, Commercial Excellence (Animal Nutrition)

Location – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Management

• • Act as the local CRM champion, ensuring proper adoption and consistent usage across the sales team
  • Train, guide, and support sales team members on CRM tools, processes, and best practices
  • Monitor data quality, pipeline accuracy, and activity tracking within the CRM system
  • Develop and circulate monthly CRM performance reports, highlighting pipeline status, sales activities, and key trends for management review

2. Commercial Support

• • Work with Commercial team and facilitate the premix quotation process (quarterly and adhoc) for the business unit
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, linking:
    • Actual sales performance
    • Sales forecast
    • Individual sales budgets and targets
  • Provide analysis on gaps vs. forecast and budget, supporting sales and management in decision-making

3. Marketing Support

• • Coordinate with the sales team to plan and schedule expert/customer visits, ensuring proper preparation and follow-up
  • Support the organization of seminars, technical events, customer meetings, and exhibitions (logistics, invitations, materials, and on-site coordination)
  • Develop and localize marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, promotional items, and other sales support tools
  • Manage marketing giveaways and promotional items (“gimmicks”), including sourcing, stock control, and distribution

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales Analytics is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in a related role.
• Certifications or hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot are preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and Power BI, is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong organizational discipline.
