Job Description

We’re looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist to join our Fintech Cloud Division, reporting to the Cloud Operations Manager. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver best-in-class service to the largest financial institutions across the globe, enhancing customer experience through strategic, customer-centric solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate technical implementations of our Calypso solution, including interfaces, component setup, and performance requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable implementation steps for our cloud operations team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute Cloud technical integrations.
  • Investigate and reproduce bugs, document client scenarios, and support development teams with detailed insights.
  • Collaborate across platform, operations, and evolution teams to resolve issues and improve automation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or IT.
  • 6–9 years of experience in IT projects within the capital markets industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies, Java principles, Kubernetes infrastructure, and scripting (Linux shell, Python).
  • At least 2 years of experience with Calypso.
  • Excellent communicator with experience in Agile methodologies and ITIL practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
  • Deep understanding of automation and DevOps collaboration.
  • Familiarity with global teams and cross-cultural environments.

This position will be located in México City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
