To support the integrated planning and tactical execution of clinical operations initiatives to improve processes and enhance efficiencies. Applies established practices, data analysis, and operational knowledge to implement process improvements and support technology-enabled solutions within defined scope.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements within defined procedures
Execute assigned process improvement activities to enhance clinical trial efficiency
Contribute to development and maintenance of process documentation and best practices
Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends
Generate reports and dashboards to support operational performance tracking
Provide insights and recommendations to the Manager and stakeholders based on data analysis
Build productive working relationships across teams

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or other related field and 2+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech OR
Master's degree in related field and some relevant experience
Strong ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks
Highly proficient computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP principles
Experience working with operational data, reporting, or analytics
Experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, Planisware, or similar operational and project management tools
Familiarity with clinical systems [e.g., CTMS and similar tools]
Interest in or experience with AI-enabled tools to support analytics or process efficiency
Good knowledge of project based dashboards to communication to stakeholders
Familiar with automation tools to present information and data to appropriate audiences
Understands Neurocrine's business objectives and developing understanding of Neurocrine's services and customers
Comfortable with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong computer skills
Good communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills
Detail oriented
Ability to meet deadlines
Good project management skills
Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to build successful relationships with internal experts/teams and other stakeholders

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $89,800.00-$123,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
