We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management II to join our Asset Servicing, Client Experience team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Be responsible for monitoring smooth service delivery for our global clients
  • Support financial targets by working towards process improvement and automation opportunities thereby generating efficiencies
  • Provide support for new service/product enhancements and developments (projects)
  • Support around Service Director Dashboard / Management Information including, but not limited to creating monthly executive summaries / Financial Management reports, performing necessary quality checks etc
  • General Administration tasks which include preparation for various KPI/KRI reporting, Due-diligence preparation, follow up on any client queries regarding NEXEN, etc.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
  • 5+ years in investment banking industry
  • Efficient, structured, independent and autonomous working
  • Adherence to the internal control, reporting and compliance guidelines
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Knowledge about systems, their logic and interaction
  • Proactive, focused attitude towards work and an ability to consistently meet stringent deadlines
  • Experience in interacting with global clients is preferred
