Job Description

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance Representative plays a critical role within the Client Operations & Reporting function, specifically in the Client Operations & Reporting job family. This position is designed to support BNY's strategic pillars by ensuring accurate and timely client reporting, which directly contributes to our commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction. The role involves compiling and analyzing client performance data to produce comprehensive reports that align with BNY's principles of transparency and integrity. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Generate detailed client performance reports by leveraging data analysis tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and interpret client data, thereby enhancing report quality and client satisfaction. - Identify and implement process improvements in reporting methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Respond to client inquiries related to performance reports, demonstrating expertise in the field and maintaining strong client relationships. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure BNY's reporting standards remain competitive and innovative. - Support the development of new reporting frameworks that align with BNY's strategic goals and client needs. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - High School/Secondary education is required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. **EXPERIENCE:** 1-3 years of experience. Experience in financial services preferred. **SKILLS:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proactive approach to identifying improvements in processes and reporting standards.
