We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst (Specialist), Client Coverage to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure timely monthly completion of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all Clients
  • Assist in the coordination and setup of all Client Service Review meetings
  • Assist in the completion and timely posting of Client call reports to eCRM
  • Assist the RM Team on the creation and updating of all presentation decks for Client new business pitches
  • Build knowledge of eCRM and assist designated RMs in ensuring all their relevant entries are up to date and accurate
  • Assist the RM Team in the tracking and completion of all new deal onboarding tasks
  • Work closely with respective teams (RM, TMG, KYC, Client Service) to improve/streamline the onboarding process
  • Conduct market analysis and collate data analytics to support the Team’s commercial growth strategy
  • Become familiar with ODM and the creation of Client fee schedules
  • Assist the RM team in the completion of all KYC profile (new and periodic renewal) requirements in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Data Management
