This role aligns to industry-level titles such as Partnerships Manager, Test Centre Network Manager, Client Relationship Manager


Reporting to: Team Manager, Channel Sales

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Specialist, Channel Sales to join our global team. In this role, you’ll lead the recruitment and onboarding of new test centres across the EMEA region, helping expand and maintain a high-quality partner network that meets client expectations.

You’ll combine market insight, sales expertise, and strong relationship management to grow our channel footprint, drive testing volumes, and deliver measurable results. This is a dynamic, target-driven role with opportunities to work across regions and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new test centre partners across EMEA
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads using data-driven insights
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee partner onboarding processes
  • Maintain and grow relationships with partners to ensure long-term success
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales and recruitment targets
  • Support partners with sales and operational needs
  • Collaborate with global teams, marketing, and internal stakeholders
  • Track activity and performance using Salesforce and reporting tools
  • Represent the business at industry events when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience required in sales, recruitment, or customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse, global teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach
  • Comfortable working across time zones and occasionally travelling

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous
