The Cash Management Specialist II is responsible for performing and reviewing bank reconciliations, creating month-end cash payment reports, and reconciling treasury activities. The role includes executing treasury functions, processing transactions, and preparing audit documentation. Additionally, the specialist manages Cash Management processes and provides training and support to team members.

Position Responsibilities:
Assist with bank reports, implementation of new procedures, and other duties as directed.
Position Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance is strongly preferred, or 3+ years of Cash Management/Treasury experience.
4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, banking, finance, or bookkeeping strongly preferred.
Intermediate or higher skill level in Microsoft Excel and Office applications experience.
Must be able to work independently and within a team structure.
Must be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, manage tasks, and follow up as needed.
Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
