Specialist Care Team Leader
42 Weeks per Year | 40 Hours per Week

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Lead Facilitator to inspire colleagues, lead shifts, and support young people with complex physical disabilities, learning disabilities and additional support needs to live their best lives.
This is more than a care role. You'll be a role model, coach, mentor and advocate, helping create an environment where both students and colleagues can thrive.

What you'll be doing
As a Lead Facilitator, you'll support the day-to-day running of a residential area while providing outstanding care and learning support.

Essential requirements
External applicants
Minimum of 2 years' experience in care/support services.
Experience supporting people with disabilities, complex needs or within a residential setting.
Experience leading, supervising or coordinating colleagues.
Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Internal applicants
Must currently be an Advanced Facilitator or Specialist Facilitator.
Must hold a minimum Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Must have attended, or be booked onto, Lead Facilitator or Aspiring Management training.
Willingness to work towards and achieve a Level 3 qualification if not already held.
Working Pattern
Early shifts from 7:00am
Late shifts until 10:00pm
Every other weekend
