SCA Care is looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Specialist Support Workers to join our dedicated team. Based in Southampton, our team provides support across Hampshire, including up to Winchester.
In this rewarding role, you will deliver person-centred care to young adults, empowering them to live independent, fulfilling, and meaningful lives You’ll work closely with individuals with complex needs, helping them reach their goals and enhancing their quality of life.

About the Role
As a Specialist Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual’s social, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Working within SCA Care’s values-led framework, you will promote independence, dignity, and inclusion within the local community.
This is a flexible position, offering long days that include weekdays and alternate weekends.
