SearchPlus HR is delighted to partner with a leading private healthcare facility in the recruitment of a Specialist Cardiac Surgeon. Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced cardiac surgeries including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other complex procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications.
• Adhere to the highest clinical standards and safety protocols in all surgical procedures.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of surgical techniques and patient care pathways.
• Participate in teaching, mentoring, and professional development activities within the facility.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Cardiac Surgery.
• Proven experience working in a private healthcare facility or tertiary hospital setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of cardiac surgical procedures.
• Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in cardiac surgery.
• Ability to manage complex cases and work efficiently in a high-acuity environment.
