Job Description

The Business Platform Planner supports B2B digital commerce operations by managing product content and launch readiness, improving customer-facing content and communication, supporting UX/UI quality assurance, and coordinating cross-functional projects. This role contributes to operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance through structured execution, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Product Launch Management

• Manage product launch readiness and maintain accurate product information across listings, category pages, promotional materials, and internal files.
• Support category updates, landing content, and ongoing catalog maintenance while improving product presentation based on business needs and performance insights.

Digital Content & Communication Execution

• Support execution of customer-facing content and communication, including in-app notifications, promotional messaging, and marketing assets.
• Help improve content workflows and execution efficiency through structured planning, testing, and performance-based content refinement.

Performance Analysis & Insight-Driven Optimization

• Track and analyze digital performance across launches, promotions, and customer engagement using GA4, Looker Studio, SQL, and internal reporting tools.
• Use data to identify opportunities, validate content and UX improvements, and support more effective business and marketing decisions.

UX/UI Support, Testing & Conversion Improvement

• Support website enhancements through QA, user flow review, and testing of new features and updates.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to improve messaging, product visibility, customer engagement, and conversion performance.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Operational Support

• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, Design, and external partners to support project execution and process improvement.
• Organize requirements, maintain internal documentation and operational files, and support operational tasks while helping teams align priorities, timelines, and scalable solutions.

The anticipated compensation range is

21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
