This role is responsible for providing business insights and support decision making related to Distributor, Customer or Product behavior. Specializing in the analytics and interpretation of data to provide insightful ongoing and ad-hoc analysis supporting decision making.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job)
• Provide advanced analysis and insights related to Distributor, Customer or Product.• Develop logic, build from scratch and maintain analytical reports (both ad-hoc and scheduled) using Excel, BI/MicroStrategy and/or Access programs.• Optimize and improve efficiencies, quality, timeliness and sort out relevance of reports, dashboards and processes. Seek opportunities for automation or enhancement of existing methodologies.• Using observations develop or participate in collaborative development of data requirements and analytics methodology.• Provide guidance and enable best practices sharing within the team, and across the department.• Develop collaborative relationships and influence up, down and across organizational lines.• Create complex data models to simulate What-If scenarios to test the impact of potential changes to business condition, marketing plan or promotional activity.• Lead various complex projects concurrently.• Proactively lead flex pool analysts for assigned projects and tasks. • Collaborate with customers and partners, and using prior experience, to effectively define project and task requirements.• Understand the business context of requests and drive quality technical solutions to provide results to support business decision making.• Communicate conclusions in a clear and concise manner (graphs, charts, PowerPoint and verbal presentations) to technical and non-technical audiences, highlighting key points, achievements, areas for improvement and recommended actions.• Ensure data is complete, accurate and aligned with expectations.• Perform additional duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Share supervisory duties, if applicable)
• Guidance and mentoring to analysts on a project-by-project basis.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: (List requirements, including education and experience needed for the job)
• 5+ years of experience in the functional areas of business analysis, financial analysis, statistical model development, and data mining and/or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database analysis• 1+ Experience in managing multiple projects and communications with multiple stakeholders and business groups• Expert knowledge of Herbalife Marketing Plan and business model• Strong Experience with Business Intelligence applications such as MicroStrategy, PowerBI• Technical proficiency in knowledge of SQL, Python, pivot tables, macros, editing VBA/SQL, v-lookup, queries, and report writing to analyze data and consolidate reports• Proficiency with MS SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access• Strong experience in data validation and quality assurance activities• Strong analytical skills to evaluate, understand and interpret data from both internal and external perspective• Ability to interact effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures, with a sensitivity to cultural diversity• Ability to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to both analytical and non-analytical audience• Ability to recognize and define problems, understand business and system processes, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions• Demonstrated ability to formulate and communicate questions to gather the necessary missing information to resolve a problem.• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment• Goal oriented, multi-task projects, superior time management and organizational skills• Able and willing to work in the fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines
Education
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience.• May consider candidate with an additional 4 years of relevant work experience
