
Main purpose of the role:
As a team member in the Business Controlling function, the role involves actively contributing to financial planning and analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and assisting in the preparation of both operation KPIs and financial reports. The focus includes participation in value creation activities for cost control and process improvement initiatives, starting from supporting information to identify improvement opportunities, providing business justification and business case to support investment, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Collaboration and communication skill are key, as team members engage with stakeholders and contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.
