Lead and oversee forecasting and demand planning projects, ensuring alignment between supply, inventory strategy, and business objectives
•
Act as the project lead for merchandising stock allocation initiatives, including process design, implementation, and performance monitoring for E-commerce and retail channels
•
Own and manage analytics-led projects, leveraging Power BI and Excel to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that support project tracking and executive decision-making
•
Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication
•
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across merchandising, supply chain, operations, and leadership to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
•
Lead margin and profitability performance initiatives as part of P&L planning projects, ensuring targets are tracked and achieved throughout the project lifecycle
•
Evaluate product-related initiatives and commercial actions, assessing margin and performance impact to guide prioritization and execution
•
Drive continuous improvement projects by identifying process gaps, implementing solutions, and standardizing best practices
•
Support and contribute to Canada market rollout projects by providing forecasting, stock allocation, and analytics leadership during planning and execution phases
