About the Role

Lead business analysis, solution delivery and UAT activities while partnering with business, operations and technology stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, improve business processes and drive successful implementation. The role also provides mentoring, domain expertise and leadership in the adoption of digital and AI-enabled ways of working.

  • Lead business analysis activities by engaging stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows and solution specifications.

  • Provide solution recommendations by assessing business needs, identifying gaps and opportunities, and supporting decision-making to improve operational efficiency, controls and customer outcomes.

  • Manage requirement delivery and validation across project and enhancement lifecycles, ensuring quality, completeness, traceability and stakeholder alignment.

  • Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including test preparation, execution, defect management, business validation and sign-off support to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

  • Support implementation readiness and post-production activities through deployment planning, user readiness, knowledge transfer, post-implementation validation and production issue resolution.

  • Apply insurance domain, business process and system expertise to enhance solution quality, strengthen business validation and deliver effective outcomes.

  • Provide mentoring and delivery leadership by reviewing deliverables, guiding junior team members, supporting work prioritisation and contributing to continuous improvement of BA, UAT and documentation practices.

  • Drive digital transformation and AI adoption by leveraging approved AI and digital tools to improve productivity, delivery quality, process efficiency and stakeholder engagement while ensuring responsible use of AI-generated outputs.

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Business IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in requirement gathering and 3 years of experience in testing.

  • Candidates with QA or Testing experience only are welcomed to apply.

  • Mandarin speaking is preferred, but not required, to support Mandarin speaking stakeholders.

  • Candidates with 1 to 2 years working experience in life insurance operations and business analysis, and with knowledge in both operation and system areas are preferred.

  • Meticulous and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude, determination to succeed, willingness to share and learn.

  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance and is a team player.
