What you'll do...

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, aligning work with customer needs and business priorities.
• Conduct diagnostics and implement programming solutions to optimize building controls systems, ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
• Execute specialized programming projects, including daylight harvesting and energy reduction initiatives, adapting strategies to emerging trends.
• Communicate progress and provide expert guidance to support continuous improvement and effective change management.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs, monitor results, and recommend enhancements.
• Model compliance with policies and uphold company values in all business processes.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in building controls, HVAC systems, and building management systems.
• Strong ability to diagnose, program, and implement solutions for building control systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in adapting control strategies to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
