职位概述 We are seeking an experienced Project Specialist – Automation to manage automation equipment and production line projects from initiation through final delivery. Manage the full lifecycle of automation equipment and production line projects, including planning, design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final acceptance. 负责自动化设备及产线项目的全过程管理，包括立项、设计、制造、安装调试及最终验收交付。 2. Review technical agreements and lead project contract execution, documentation, and payment tracking. 协助审核技术协议，主导项目合同签订、归档管理以及项目款项申请与跟踪。 3. Develop detailed project plans and monitor key milestones across design, procurement, assembly, and commissioning activities. 制定详细项目计划，跟踪机械设计、电气设计、采购、装配及调试等关键节点。 4. Lead project review meetings and drive issue resolution to ensure project objectives are achieved. 主导项目例会，推动解决项目执行过程中的各类问题和障碍。 5. Identify project risks related to schedule, cost, and quality, and implement effective mitigation plans. 识别项目进度、成本及质量风险，并制定相应应对措施。 6. Act as the primary communication interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely project updates and strong working relationships. 作为项目主要沟通窗口，及时传递项目进展信息，维护良好的合作关系。 7. Prepare and manage project documentation, including bilingual technical documents, reports, emails, and meeting minutes. 负责项目相关文件管理，包括中英文技术文档、报告、邮件及会议纪要。 8. Support procurement activities, including purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and incoming material verification. 根据项目需求执行采购订单下达、交付跟踪及到货确认工作。 9. Monitor project-related spare parts inventory and drive inventory optimization initiatives. 负责项目专用配件库存管理及优化，提升库存周转效率。 REQUIREMENTS 职位要求 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines. 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自动化、工业工程、供应链管理等相关专业。 2. Minimum 6 years of professional working experience. 6年以上工作经验。 3. At least 3 years of project management experience in custom automation equipment or non-standard automation projects. 3年以上非标自动化设备项目管理经验。 4. Experience leading or deeply participating in multiple automation projects. 曾主导或深度参与多个自动化项目。 5. Experience in cable assembly, connector manufacturing, multinational automation companies, or overseas business operations is highly preferred. 有线束、连接器行业经验，或外资自动化企业、设备商海外业务经验者优先。 6. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. 熟练掌握项目管理工具及方法。 7. Proven ability to independently develop and execute complex project plans. 能够独立制定并推动复杂项目计划落地。 8. Experience in project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and resource coordination. 熟悉项目计划管理、成本控制、风险管理及资源协调。 9. Good understanding of motors, cylinders, sensors, linear guides, and electrical components. 对电机、气缸、传感器、滑轨及电气元件具备基础认知。 10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on capabilities. 具备较强的逻辑分析及问题解决能力。 11. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力。 12. Fluent English communication skills, including technical documentation, emails, and business meetings. 英语可作为工作语言，能够处理英文技术文件、邮件及商务会议沟通。 13. Adaptable, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 具备良好的适应能力，能够胜任快节奏、多任务工作环境。 14. Willingness to travel internationally when required. 能接受项目需要的短期海外出差。
