Support and coordinate complex Artwork Operations activities by managing end-to-end artwork supply chain processes, driving compliance and quality excellence, supporting strategic projects, and acting as a subject matter expert for artwork operations. Ensure successful delivery of artwork programs while maintaining regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across global markets.

Major Accountabilities

  • Manage artwork change requests from receipt through final implementation and closure. Ensure high-quality and compliant artwork delivery within agreed timelines.

  • Drive execution of complex artwork initiatives and multi-market changes. Monitor operational performance and service KPI achievement.

  • Ensure GMP-compliant documentation and artwork processes. Lead investigations of deviations, quality events, and compliance issues.

  • Drive CAPA implementation and effectiveness monitoring. Support internal audits, self-inspections, quality reviews, and regulatory inspections.

  • Ensure data integrity and system compliance requirements are maintained. Lead artwork activities associated with: Product transfers, Divestments, Mergers and acquisitions, New product launches, Site transfers, Global artwork projects

  • Act as key contact for internal stakeholders, customers, manufacturing sites, and external suppliers. Build effective partnerships across geographies and functions.

  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and escalation management. Support onboarding and training of external partners and CMOs.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives. Lead enhancement of SOPs, workflows, and operational standards. Promote quality culture and operational excellence.

  • Analyze operational metrics and recommend corrective actions. Maintain service dashboards and performance reporting. Generate trend analyses and management reports. Support governance reviews and quality review board meetings.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, IT, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.

Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in Artwork Operations or related pharmaceutical operations.

  • Experience managing complex end-to-end artwork processes.

  • Experience working with external suppliers, CMOs, and cross-functional global teams.

  • Experience in GMP-regulated environments.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of artwork lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of packaging and printing technologies.

  • Understanding of regulatory and GMP requirements.

  • Experience with artwork management systems (e.g., OneArt or equivalent platforms).

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, QlikSense, and reporting tools preferred.

  • Understanding of supply chain and change management processes.
