Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and APS vendors to resolve APS-related issues and improve planning performance.
Monitor APS KPIs, analyze variances, and drive corrective actions with key stakeholders.
Review planning parameters and master data accuracy; coordinate with MDM for improvements.
Define optimal APS functionality, parameters, and reporting to ensure plan adherence.
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective APS solutions and enhancements.
Develop and promote APS best practices, standards, and simple, fit-for-purpose solutions.
Manage APS implementation and execution, including configuration, testing, data migration, and first-level operational support.

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
Hands-on experience in planning functions, particularly production scheduling and/or capacity planning.
Proven experience in project management and system implementation.
Background in a manufacturing environment; jewelry manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.
Experience working with an agile mindset, applying agile principles in business analysis.
Knowledge of manufacturing technology disciplines such as Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), Manufacturing ERP, and Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
