We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Client II This role is located in Poland, Wroclaw.

Team Overview: Customer Success Managers Team for Corporate Trust EMEA New Business team provides end-to-end oversight of the onboarding process from deal mandate to closure, acting as a central point of contact for all stakeholders. We engage directly with clients to collect KYC documentation, resolve queries, and ensure smooth and efficient onboarding journey. As the only team responsible for both KYC coordination and client relationship management, we bridge the gap between Relationship Managers, Compliance and KYC production teams. Our deep expertise in both deal specifics and KYC requirements allows us to reduce client outreach and accelerate onboarding timelines.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Gather, review, and validate AML/KYC documents for new clients to onboard in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Initiate due diligence and risk assessment workflows for new clients promptly; track progress and follow up with internal stakeholders and clients as directed.
  • Accurately process collected KYC information using relevant applications and tools; maintain clear, complete, and auditable records.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues to senior team members or the manager in line with escalation protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and turnaround targets; proactively communicate status, risks, and blockers.
  • Support knowledge sharing by documenting steps, checklists, and tips; participate in peer shadowing and on-the-job training activities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve procedures, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
  • Uphold compliance requirements, data privacy, and information security standards throughout all KYC activities.
  • Maintain client calls with confidence to support them through the KYC process.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • BS/BA degree in a business-related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Financial Services, ideally with exposure to AML/KYC processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); ability to quickly learn KYC-related systems and tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and sound judgment in applying procedures.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills; able to manage a steady workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Research skills to locate, verify, and validate required documentation and information.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable to change, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
  • English fluency required; additional language skills are a plus.
