As a Specialist, Advantage +, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
· Act as the team's expert resource person for complex retirement plan cases, applying provincial legislation and compliance requirements.
· Analyze complex situations and determine appropriate corrective measures to ensure the accuracy of operations and client satisfaction.
· Participate regularly in discussions with clients, administrators, retirement committees, advisors, and consultants to resolve complex issues.
· Manage special projects and operational activities with tight deadlines that require rigorous coordination.
· Handle escalated situations resulting from delays, errors, or disputes, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and sound judgment.
· Guide, coach, and support team members in processing their transactions while contributing to the resolution of recurring issues.
· Oversee workflow, identify obstacles, coordinate priorities, and delegate tasks to ensure the achievement of team objectives.
· Perform and review complex financial transactions, including account corrections, tax adjustments, and peer reviews.
· Collaborate with internal partners and act as a subject matter expert during workshops or continuous process improvement initiatives.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to VIP clients holding significant portfolios by providing effective and tailored solutions within tight timelines.
