
Reports To: Leaders of UX Design, Courseware Product Management, and Program Management & Data
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to three senior leaders overseeing UX Design, Courseware Product Management, and Program Management & Data. This role ensures leadership is equipped to drive execution, collaborate cross functionally, and maintain momentum on key priorities. The EA acts as a trusted partner—anticipating needs, removing obstacles, enabling communication, and creating structure in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while navigating sensitive information and complex stakeholder groups.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $50,000- $65,000.
