Job Description

For over 40 years, LGI Healthcare Solutions has built software that healthcare organizations depend on. AI is now at the heart of that work — not as a destination, but as the engine behind our next generation of mission-critical solutions and our enduring mission: helping healthcare organizations perform at their best.

We're looking for exceptional people who are passionate about technology, relentless in their standards, and driven to push what's possible further.  At LGI, curiosity isn't a nice-to-have, it's how we work. We're looking for talent who explore and innovate by instinct and want their work to matter beyond the codebase: shaping decisions, enhancing processes, and enabling healthcare practitioners.

Are you an expert in logistics, materials resource management, and process mapping, looking for a strategic role where your experience will allow you to make an immediate impact? Join a fast-growing team and leverage your expertise in a stimulating and collaborative environment.

CHALLENGES

We are looking for a Specialist, Administrative Solutions for our Financial and Materials Management product line, specifically in Financial Management.

As part of the Professional Services team, the Specialist plays a central role in client projects and develops the strategy for implementing, deploying and upgrading the LGI Financial Systems (Espresso FMS) solution.

With extensive experience in logistics, materials resource management, process mapping, and optimization, the specialist can quickly integrate into ongoing projects and effectively contribute to deliverables and functional directions.

Leveraging their knowledge and expertise, they work closely with clients to implement the solution, its new modules, and new versions. They advise and guide clients on best practices for usage as well as the processes best suited to their organizational reality. They lead analysis workshops, participate in project and product committees, and develop deployment and support plans.

In collaboration with the Project Manager, their role is to ensure the execution and implementation of client projects and their overall success, while bringing senior-level expertise to accelerate adoption and optimization of the solution.

The ideal candidate is open to change, flexible, and skilled at collaborating with multiple multidisciplinary teams (development, customer experience, professional services, sales, external vendors, clients, etc.).

This position involves occasional travel to healthcare facilities across Quebec, depending on ongoing projects, and requires presence at the Montreal head office approximately once per month.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and guide clients through the various project stages, advising them on best practices—particularly in logistics, materials resource management, and process optimization—to successfully achieve project objectives;
  • Provide advanced services in reviewing, mapping, and adapting client work processes related to the use of LGI Financial (Espresso FMS) solutions, with the goal of improving operational efficiency and maximizing application usage;
  • Analyze, structure, and proactively communicate client needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities to management and the team in order to guide product evolution and make necessary application adjustments;
  • Train organizations on product usage using appropriate educational tools, while offering expert insight to help clients fully leverage advanced MRM solution features;
  • Coordinate project-related activities according to established plans and sequences and ensure successful project completion;
  • Participate in internal research and development to improve existing applications and create new products;
  • Identify client needs and recommend improvements to optimize logistics and materials management processes.

Qualifications

  • College or university degree in finance, accounting, IT, operations management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, finance, or accounting in the healthcare sector;
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and logistics within the Quebec healthcare network;
  • In-depth knowledge of the LGI Financial (Espresso FMS) software suite;
  • Experience with advanced use of an ERP system;
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, dynamism, and innovation;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (English is an asset);
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Quebec.
