Are you an Accounts Payable specialist seeking growth in a multinational environment?

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals with a structured approach to work, ready to learn and grow in a supportive team environment while contributing to efficient and accurate invoice processing.

As a core member of our AP controllers team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and resolving related queries.

More tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for resolving queries from customers, vendors and colleagues
• Analyze and perform GRIR and open item (SAP) clearings
• Providing assistance on ITP-related inquiries
• Recognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with team leader to resolve issues
• Perform transactional activity with limited supervision related to the ITP area

This role, a hybrid position based in Sofia, Bulgaria, reports to Team Lead, Invoice to pay.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for someone who is organized, possessing the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet regular payment deadlines. Furthermore, you should have communication skills (both verbal and written) and a willingness to work collaboratively.

Ideally you have

• University degree in Finance,Economics or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an invoice to pay function
• Good in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferable SAP
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
