Specialist, Accounts Payable
We are looking for a focused, committed, independent and responsible person who will ensure accurate and efficient handling of accounts payable processes. Your knowledge and expertise will support smooth financial operations and help maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The main purpose of the role is acting as an independent specialist ensuring on time execution of payments and correct registration of expenses by processing incoming invoices and travel expenses.
As our Specialist you will also take part in complex projects assigned to the team, supporting effective realization of Group Business Service and HQ strategies.
Main responsibilities:

You will be part of a team that consists of around 16 people and is responsible for a few service areas like Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense and Procurement Operations.
Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations and every day we support our colleagues from around the world. We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we also make time to have fun together.
