The team is involved in different aspects, including partnerships with restaurants, logistics for delivery, customer service, and marketing.

Get to Know the Role

You will manage the business growth for a portfolio of SMB restaurant partners on the GrabFood platform, serving as a trusted business advisor and primary contact for their success.

You will report to the Manager, SMB Commercial and work onsite at PVI Building, Hanoi.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Manage business growth for a portfolio of SMB restaurant partners, with accountability for order growth, revenue, retention, and platform adoption.
  • Build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers, being a trusted business advisor.
  • Analyze performance data and leverage AI-powered insights to identify opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
  • Guide merchants to use Grab's self-service and AI-enabled tools to improve business performance.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to address challenges and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Perform weekly market visits to gather market intelligence, monitor competitors, and identify latest trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and enhance the merchant and customer experience.
  • Present business performance updates and recommendations to internal stakeholders and merchant partners.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or related commercial roles
  • Experience driving business growth and managing performance targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations
  • Comfortable adopting new technologies, automation, and AI-powered tools
  • High learning agility and a growth mindset
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
