• Traffic management via our workflow tool (Wrike), including forward planning, triaging, estimating effort and pre-flight briefs to ensure information is complete
• Arrange, lead and document kick-off meetings
• Build project plans, manage Production Team’s workload, assign tasks and projects with the most efficient and holistic use of resource
• Be the primary contact with our internal stakeholders, collaborating with ecommerce teams
