Job Duties/職務内容
（雇入れ直後）
アボットメディカルジャパンにおける、入社・退職・異動など社員管理に関わる一連の人事オペレーション業務を担当いただきます。正確な人事データ管理と、関係各所へのタイムリーなレポーティングを通じて、人事部門の円滑な運営を支援するポジションです。
・新入社員の受け入れサポート（新卒オリエンテーション準備、入社後アンケートの分析・レポート等）
・転勤に関する通知の作成や手続き説明
・退職データ（退職率、退職アンケート等）の取りまとめ
・休職・復職ステイタスの取りまとめ
・健康管理（定期健診、ストレスチェック）、労務管理（時間外勤務、有給消化）データのレポート
・人員構成に関する各種データの集計・管理
・人事プロジェクトの実施サポート

Qualifications/能力資格要件
・PCを用いた業務経験がある方
・人事部門での就業経験、ないし、事業部に所属委し労務データ管理業務経験のある方
