Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Perform and coordinate end‑to‑end collections activities, including customer communication and execution of effective collection procedures to improve cash flow and reduce past‑due balances.
• Proactively resolve credit issues and manage the collection of overdue accounts to achieve assigned collection targets.
• Monitor credit exposure and accounts receivable performance to proactively manage risk, including negotiating credit terms when customers are unable to meet established guidelines.
• Review and manage orders on hold daily, ensuring timely communication with relevant internal teams regarding customer issues affecting order release.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support destination collections efforts for customers within the Asia Pacific region.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within credit and collections operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct risk assessments for new and existing customers, including requesting and reviewing financial statements to support accurate credit analysis.
• Review credit limit reports regularly, recommend credit limit increases or decreases based on risk profile, projected sales, periodic reviews, and resolve unnecessary order holds.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Credit and/or Collections functions.
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business email applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Knowledge of local languages such as Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated learning agility with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment.
