As the Specialised Product Area Sales Manager – UK & Irelandfor the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Establish an innovation pipeline to prioritize and develop new product concepts.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Operations.
Integrate customer feedback into product development and process improvements.
Implement performance tracking systems to measure success and optimize strategies.
Reporting to Director of Sales - Hospitality, you will be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth and profitability by developing and expanding new product acquisitions within hospitality, education and other relevant sectors. This role leverages a strong existing customer base while prioritizing solutions such as energy management systems and hotel Wi-Fi. Success requires strategic planning, market intelligence, and exceptional relationship-building skills to ensure competitive positioning and long-term growth.
