HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in the Western Sydney Region on a Casual basis.The successful applicant can work Monday to Friday or Monday , Wednesday and Friday from 7am start to flexible end time or 2pm start to finish time 8 pm.

Areas we currently need to cover are Wentworthville, Granville, Winston Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville ,Dural, Parramatta , Carlinford, North Rocks and surrounding suburbs. The successful applicant should be comfortable to travel upto 1 hour travel time.

The care work you'll be doing may include:
• Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
• Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
• Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
• Assisting with medication

In return for your expertise, we offer:

• $32.91 to $35.58 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided

About you 

• you’re a people-person who is patient and solutions-focused
• you have previous experience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care
• you have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance) & are comfortable driving around your local area
• ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help
• you'll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
