Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a casual, as needed Special Studies Technician to assist in measuring and collecting data for use in diagnosis of central and peripheral nervous system disorders. Typing and word processing skills required. Additional college level or equivalent training and/or experience in biological science, human anatomy, neuroanatomy and physiology, medical terminology, and neurological testing is preferred. Must be proficient in the international 10-20 system of electrode placement using both collodion and paste application methods. Must be proficient in routine EEG, LTM EEG, and ambulatory EEG. Nerve Conduction Studies, TCD, and Autonomics experience is preferred.
