About the team
Our team is responsible for overseeing revenue & monetization initiatives in TikTok Shop & Tokopedia. Our primary goal is to support the sellers to grow their GMV in the sustainable approach by adopting to our advertising solution.
About this role
In this role, you will work closely with the Revenue & Monetization team to support strategic initiatives across TikTok Shop and Tokopedia. You will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce strategy, ads monetization, and cross-functional project management while contributing to high-impact business projects.
Responsibilities
1. Ads Project Operations
- Support the implementation, execution, and monitoring of Ads revenue initiatives for TikTok Shop Indonesia.
- Assist with operational activities, including resource coordination, campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Provide end-to-end operational support to ensure the successful delivery of strategic Ads initiatives.
2. Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Extract, organize, and analyze key Ads and e-commerce performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Collect and consolidate feedback from internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, AMs, and cross-functional teams) as well as sellers regarding Ads policies and product features.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve Ads strategy, product adoption, and operational efficiency.
3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations
- Support GTM execution to drive awareness and adoption of Ads products and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing communication materials, including seller messaging, outreach scripts, and educational content.
- Coordinate outreach operations across multiple channels, ensuring communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
4. Project Coordination
- Support cross-functional project management by coordinating with multiple teams, tracking project milestones, and following up on action items.
- Maintain project trackers and documentation to ensure timely execution and effective stakeholder alignment.
