Performs diversified functions of limited scope and difficulty within the assigned office. Organizes and facilitates a variety of special projects and/or programs in support of office operations that involve conducting research, compiling data and preparing reports as required. Acts as a liaison between the assigned office and other District offices as well as outside agencies.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, or Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering.Two years of full-time, paid administrative or administrative support work which has included conducting research, analyzing data and preparing reports, and using a personal computer and software applications.Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Architect-in-Training (AIT) status, or progress towards professional licensure (PE, RA, RLA) or certification (PMP, CCM) is a plus.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
